The Temple of Artemis, also known as the Artemision, was an ancient Greek temple dedicated to the goddess Artemis, the deity of hunting and wild animals.

It was located in the town of Ephesus (present-day Selçuk, Turkey) and was considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The original temple was built in the 8th century BC, but it was destroyed and rebuilt several times over the centuries.

The most famous version of the temple was built in the 4th century BC by the Greek architect Chersiphron and his son Metagenes, and it was said to have been 425 feet long and 225 feet wide, with over 100 columns.

Today, only a few ruins of the temple remain, including a single column and some foundations.
